Goldsworthy Park and Victoria Street in Nhill
Victoria

Panorama of Goldsworthy Park in Victoria Street in the town centre of Nhill, Wimmera, Victoria, Australia. Nhill with a population of about 2,300 is a town in the Wimmera region of Victoria, roughly half way between Melbourne and Adelaide on the Western Highway.

Before European settlement the area was inhabited by Wotjobaluk Aboriginal people for thousands of years. Today Nhill services the surrounding wheat growing and sheep grazing district and road transport due to its convenient location on the Western Highway and the railway line.

Australia is the driest inhabited continent and Victoria is no exception although the state capital Melbourne has the reputation to have 4 seasons in one day. Victoria is located in the southeast of mainland Australia and includes the most southern point on mainland Australia at Wilsons Promontory National Park.
