High water in river IJssel near Nijenbeek, Netherlands
Netherlands

When there has been a lot of rain in Germany and/or a lot of melting water from the Alps, the water level in the river IJssel in the Netherlands rises and the floodplains are partly submerged. On a cloudy windless day trees are mirrored in the water. You also see the ruins of Nijenbeek castle.
