Lauf an der Pegnitz - Wooden bridge at the north gate
Franconie

Lauf an der Pegnitz is located about 17 kilometers east of Nuremberg and has about 28,000 inhabitants. We are at the Wenzelschloss Castle, a moated castle in the middle by a small island, built by Charles IV. As part of the Golden Road. The complex rises above a slightly warped triangular ground plan. The passage through the castle is open in the summer months during the day. The castle and is available for weddings.
