One can easily find peace in the Mangrove Ecological Park at Linyuan. Trees like Koelreuteria grow alongside the two-kilometer bicycle lane, these plant species display changing colors in different seasons. The park is located at the mouth of Kaoping Stream adjacent to the Linyuan Petrochemical Plant. In addition to the mangroves and the trees, there are recreational facilities such as a trail where visitors can take a walk while enjoying the company of black-faced spoonbill, spot-billed duck, and other migrant birds during the winter. A variety species of crabs and fish can also be found in the park, which signifies the success in conservation of the natural habitat.
