Milan: Sforza Castle - Castello Sforzesco - Main Gate by night
Milan

The 360Photo presents the beautifully lighted front wall and main gate (surmonted by the "Torre del Filarete", Filarete Tower) of the "Castello Sforzesco", Sforza Castle. It is one of the most important monuments in Milan and today it is an important museum centre.Built by the Viscontis in the middle of XIV century with a defensive scope, it was then variously reworked in particular in XV century by order of Francesco Sforza and Ludovico il Moro. The castle became so one of the most important courts in Europe, hosting top artists like Bramante and Leonardo da Vinci.
