National Wallace Monument Stirling
Scotland

The National Wallace Monument, Stirling, Scotland. Built between 1861 and 1869 to commemorate the Scottish patriot and martyr, William Wallace. The monument stands on the summit of Abbey Craig and overlooks the scene of Scotland's victory at the Battle of Stirling Bridge. This is a view of the monument from ground level.
