Singing Ringing Tree 1 Panopticon Lancashire England Uk
England

The four Panopticons were designed to attract visitors out in to the open countryside, all four are displayed out on the hills and moors, between Pendle, Hasingden, Blackburn and Burnley.

The Singing Ringing Tree creates a weird sound as it is designed to whistle when the wind plays over the tubes, click here to view the Pano's and sounds at my own site.
