Stadtprozelten - The ruin of Henneburg Castle
Franconie

The ruin of Henneburg Castle in Stadtprozelten was built as Prozelten Castle by the lords of Clingenburg. The massive castle keep dates from the 12th century and is the oldest part of the plant. The eastern Pallas dates from the mid-13th century. The castle was destroyed by the French in 1688th.
