The La Jolla Project is the third project (1984) in the twenty piece Stuart Collection on the University of California San Diego, USA campus. It is a collection of 71 granite slabs that are reminiscent of architectural features such as columns and windows. The large grassy area in the Revelle College is a tranquil place for studying and the students have nicknamed the sculpture Stonehenge.
Known as "The Jewel", La Jolla offers one of the worlds top ten beaches. The scenic coast line, rocky cliffs, under water perserve, fantastic dining and shopping are all reasons to visit.
