Der untere Teil der Zittauer Neustadt. Hier befindet sich die Feuerwache und einige Ämter der Stadt Zittau sowie das Ordnungsamt. Auf die noch freie Fläche an der Albertstraße soll bald ein Kaufhaus gebaut werden.
