Sardinia

Ruins of Palmas' spanish tower (1577) and Villarios Vecchio ghost village. The village in 1950s was sinking for water seepage from the nearby dam. Was razed to the ground in the early 60s and rebuilt on a hill 1 km away. Now it remains only the tower and a few houses in ruins.
