Bakar bay is located in north Kvarner, south form city of Rijeka. There are two places in bay; Bakar in north and Bakarac in south. There is a highway passing trough the bay called "Jadranska magistrala" whitch menas Adriatic highway. The bay was good known by its pollution of coke plantwhitch is finally closed in 1995.
