Beh Ha Cenote

A group of the local boys taking a nice refreshing dip in one of the numberous cenotes here in the Tulum area named Beh Ha. Beh ha means "water road".

Quintana Roo is known for the underground rivers that occassionally rise upward searching for daylight. The water is cool but not cold. Take a mask and fins because it's about 30' deep at the center and filled with fish! The water is crystal clear.

This one is right behind what is known as "the arch". The arch is the entrance to Sian Ka'an Biosphere reserve. Beh Ha Cenote is about a 100 yards down a well marked trail. Just ask the rangers stationed at entrance.
