Beseno Castle - Walkway
Trentino - Südtirol

Fortified in the Gothic period, Beseno Castle is a collection of buildings connected by courtyards and walkways and balconies. A walled circle in two shakes stronghold surrounded by forming a large ellipse. The design fortified century, a consequence of the introduction of firearms, is represented by three imposing ramparts, and from several places for guns. To the east is the majestic open field tournaments, a wide meadow surrounded by thick walls with loopholes. There are several units for use: houses, garages, barns, cellars, cisterns. Remarkable series of paintings of the months (sixteenth century) in the residential part.
