龙川驿道：
2006年，由国家邮政局投资140万人民币建设龙川驿道，用作消防通道。驿道以龙川村“丁家坟”为起点，沿着登源河至胡氏宗祠，全长760米，路面宽5米，总投资290万元。路面铺筑以古石板、火烧板、卵石等天热材料为主，道路沿河外侧设置亲水台，为秀美的龙川景区和古登源河增添了一道景观。
龙峰之麓，登水以西，有徽州古村，其名龙川。凤鸟鸣于来龙之首，天马出于水口之中，山与水并秀，人与地俱灵，此风水宝地是也！故史书载曰：局无百里之宏大，水无千丈之深渊，然出将入相，为江南一大家也。
村中胡氏祖祠，建于宋而修于明兵部尚书“襄懋”宗宪公之手，架梁之椽，负栋之柱，钉头磷磷，瓦缝参差，檐牙高啄，雀替镶嵌，玲珑满目，巧夺天工，格扇之雕，美轮美奂。专家谓此“木雕艺术殿堂”也。公历1998年列为全国重点文物保护单位。
今国家邮政局，依龙川登水一侧，顺徽杭古道由南向北延展，捐资筑龙川驿道。其工程始于公历2006年6月，延三月而竣工，道长760米。固古道、护古祠、畅通途，添龙川市政之便利，增观瞻之精致也。今适驿道告成之日，勒碑刻石，文以记之！
