To the right of the church next to the entrance, a niche can be seen, containing a statue of São Francisco of the century. XIII, sculpted from a single granite block. Below this we see a Romanesque sarcophagus, carved roughly on the frontal surface. At the top, which is broken, you can see a statue of a knight wearing a loose cape and a cap and holding a sword in his left hand. He was the donor of this land where this Franciscan Monastery was built.
