The four Panopticons were designed to attract visitors out in to the open countryside, all four are displayed out on the hills and moors, between Pendle, Hasingden, Blackburn and Burnley.
From the "Diving point" the views are now a little restricted as the trees grow but a sample of the views can still be seen.
