Copco Reservoir is located along the Klamath River east of Hornbrook, California. The dam to it was constructed in 1922 though by the year 2020 it will be removed under the Klamath Economic Recovery Act. The lake has a lot of toxic algae accumulation that carry off a detestable odor.
