Ebbor Gorge is Cheddar Gorge's little brother. It's one of the West Country's best kept secrets. No coaches or traffic jams, easy parking and a fantastic natural experience for the family.
It's fun scrambling over the rocks and boulders up the gorge, which is so narrow near the top that you can that you can touch both sides with your arms outstretched.
The final reward is a plateau with a 'panoramic' view of the Somerset Levels with Glastonbury Tor rising in the distance.
