Evergreen Brick Works Renovations
Toronto

From http://ebw.evergreen.ca/

The Community Arts and Culture Building will provide art studio space to local art and community organizations. Here, visitors will connect to the site's geological history through hands-on clay building activities and to the broader landscape through painting and moulding.

Building 5 was previously used as the factory's lunchroom, and is now used as a program building. It will receive minor masonry repairs.

The Pavilions are in the centrally located, covered, outdoor space that frames gatherings, festivals and the Evergreen Brick Work Farmers' Market. This 27,000-square-foot space will host a variety of children and youth programming designed to connect them with nature in the city.
