關渡宮的正殿主祀媽祖，兩旁奉祀觀世音菩薩、文昌帝君。因為廟宇經過多次修建，正殿絕大多數的建築遺跡早已不復見，但從少數的地方，仍令人發思古之幽情，像是正殿殿內前方，有4根古色古香的龍柱，建於乾隆44年；正殿殿外牆上的麒麟堵，建於道光3年，都已有百年歷史了；正殿廟埕前方綠意盎然的老榕樹，也已超過百年歲月。
