A Kiva Borrower Starts a Home Weaving Business in Guatemala

A Kiva borrower takes a small loan to purchase a weaving loom and start a home business to support his family in a village outside of Totonicapan, Guatemala. The same space houses both the business (weaving loom) and a family of four. Juan had just sold his first batch of woven cloth (for traditional skirts) when we visited him, getting his business off to a good start.
