Hafenlohr - Church Sankt Jakobus from southwest
Franconie

Hafenlohr was first mentioned in documents on 1 May 1324. The place name is derived from the eponymous creek, which flows into the Main here. The landmark of Hafenlohr is the church of St. James. The high altar and the two side altars of the church date from 1816. The high altar shows the Holy Trinity, flanked by the patron saint of St. James and the diocesan patron Kilian.
