Halo 2 Panopticons Lancashire England Uk
England

The four Panopticons were designed to attract visitors out in to the open countryside, all four are displayed out on the hills and moors, between Pendle, Hasingden, Blackburn and Burnley.

The Halo sits above Haslingden on an old disused waste site, at night the outer edge glows blue with LED's powered from the wind turbine behind the structure itself - Night time Pano to come!
