Church St. Benedict

Built by slaves in 1853, with walls made of rammed earth, with the difference that instead of bamboo, like most buildings in wattle-and-daub, we used hardwoods, stuck with old nails, head flat, which leaves the extremely solid construction. The parish church is the only building existing pylon mud in the city. which is exposed in one of the columns of the church. Visitation worth a stop in the open slot by Robson priest, showing the inner wall of wattle-and-daub.
