Castle and Historical Museum of Istria (Local Name: Povijesni Muzej Istre)

The Venetian Fortress / Castle as it stands today was built over the ruins of the Roman Capitol in 17th Century. It houses the Historical Museum of Istria, which displays a wide variety of exhibits, some of which are relatively unique.
