Killeberget
Sweden

The panorama is taken on top of an old military command post built in 1935. The area round Killeberget is full of very old defense facilities such as a naval mine station, places for fixed coastal artillery batteries and machine gun posts. Looking to the southwest (bearing 250 degrees) one can se the small islet where the Sovjet Unioun submarine U137 ran aground in 1981 on the 27th of October only about 800 meters from here. There is a good article here to read more about that incident.

The fog is comming in fast from the south, and a couple of minutes later the visibility went into a few meters.
