The Kirchenfeldbrücke is the bridge over the Aare river which connects the Casino square in Old Town of Bern to the Helvetiaplatz Aare. The bridge in iron structure was built in two years by an English company and was inaugurated in September 1883. It has 229 m long and has two arches, each measuring 87 and 37 meters high.
