Marine Biological Station Dos Mosquises, Los Roques Scientific Foundation
Caribbean

Dos Mosquises are two keys that are part of the Archipelago Los Roques, administratively part of the Federal Dependencies of Venezuela, and are located in the Lesser Antilles in the Caribbean Sea. The Dos Mosquises North key, unlike other cays of Roques, has the distinction of housing a Biology Research Station Marina built in 1976 and managed by the Fundación Científica Los Roques. In addition to various research facilities, have a breeding program and protection of sea turtles, which makes the fall is visited by specialists from several parts of the world.
