Melting ice in Moverly Clough, Walsden, near Todmorden, West Yorkshire
England

Moverly Clough is a small, steep clough (ravine) in the hillside by Allescholes Road. After a week of below-average temperatures in December, the thaw came quickly. Frost and ice underfoot meant it was a risky scramble up the clough to capture the icicles in the semi-frozen cascades, so instead I captured this by drone.
