Site of the Memorial Vulkan of the Vulkan Mining Concentration Camp - The Monument

Hundreds of Prisoners died under inhuman and cruel circumstances while being forced to set up a new underground production facility in the galleries of the Amphibolite Mining Site Vulkan for the Nazi Regime between September 1944 and April 1945. More information will come soon.

The Pano shows the Monument of the Memorial Site: 'You are not only responsible for what you do, but also for what you let be happening.'

The Memorial was dedicated July 25th, 1998.
