It is located in Akdeniz District, Mersin. It was built as a mosque and madrasah on demand of Mufti Emin Efendi in 1884 on the eastern bank of the modern Mufti Stream. It is significant for its 19^th century late baroque style decorations and Tughra (sultan’s signature) on the mihrab (niche). It was repaired by General Directorate of Foundations.
