Museum of Forest at the Jaunmoku Castle, Latvia

The forest museum invites the visitors to experience the charm of the forest and to see different expositions that report about the inhabitants of the forests of Latvia, tree species and the history of forestry. But picture exhibitions that are changed every season can be seen in the Tower Hall.

The museum is created in a way to be interesting for every its visitor. Listen and try to differentiate between 42 bird voices in the singing bird-cage. Find out for what purpose was used a glass bulb with a hole at its bottom or try to blow in the hunting-horn!
