Palm Canyon is located in Anza Borrego Desert State Park outside Borrego Springs, California.  A popular hike takes one to this palm oasis which is fed from springs running within the canyon.  These palms have grown natively here for eons, limited in today's climate to these low canyon washes w/ a spring source.  The trail ends here however other groves of native palms can be found further up within the canyon.  Such other oases are found around the Palm Springs area & down in Baja California.
