José Prudencio Padilla Park
José Prudencio Padilla Lopez (Riohacha, Colombia, March 19, 1784 - Bogota, Colombia, October 2, 1828) hero of the independence of Colombia and Venezuela. It was the naval hero during the campaign for independence led by Simón Bolívar, creator of the Navy of Colombia and first admiral of Gran Colombia.
