People's Palace Doulton Fountain Glasgow

A view outside the People's Palace in Glasgow looking at the Doulton Fountain. This is the largest terracotta fountain in the world and was gifted by Sir Henry Doulton and was first displayed at the Empire Exhibition at Kelvingrove Park in 1888.

The People's Palace is a social history museum in Glasgow that opened in 1898 to allow visitors to see the story of the people and city of Glasgow from 1750 to the present.
