深圳大运中心位于龙岗区大运新城核心地段，总用地面积52万平方米，总建筑面积29万平方米，包括体育场、体育馆、游泳馆。场馆建设正在如火如荼地紧张进行中。大运会期间，体育场将举办田径预、半、决赛及训练，设有固定座位6万个；体育馆将举办篮球预、半、决赛，体育馆设计座位1.8万个；游泳馆将举办游泳预、半、决赛及训练，游泳馆设计座位3000个。大运中心一场两馆采用了独特的“晶石”结构，夜晚灯光下犹如美轮美奂璀璨夺目的三颗“水晶石”。
