Side Chapel at St. Coleman's Cathedral, Cloyne
Ireland

St. Colman’s Cathedral was built around 1250 on earlier ecclesiastical foundations. It is named after St. Colman who founded the Diocese of Cloyne in 560. Originally a Roman Catholic cathedral, it was converted to an Anglican cathedral in 1678, and has been much altered over the centuries.

The monument is to the famous philosopher and Bishop of Cloyne, George Berkeley (1685-1753).
