Skaklya from the fountain
Bulgaria

View to Skaklya waterfall from the fointain. Skaklya is the highest (not full year functional - only during snow melt in spring and heavy rains) waterfall in the Balkan peninsula. It has higher than 140 m vertical part. The nature here is amazing - Balkan near Vraca is formed mostly from limestone vertical rocks, which makes it a very popular climbing and base jumping destination. View from the top of Skaklya waterfall reveals huge area to North where Danube plain is situated.
