Near the village of Worth Matravers, St Aldhelm's Head or St Albhan's Head is an outcrop of Portland stone, and the site of a quary. It is not clear what the correct name of this location is. The nearby chappel is called "St Aldhelms" but there are numerous references to the outcropping as "St Albhans". The currrent Ordanance Survey maps mark it with both names, the Royal Mail have the address of nearby cottages as "St Albhans".
A stone monolith was left by workers when the quary closed.
