St Etheldreda Church in Hatfield UK
England

At the top of steep Fore Street, by a side gate to Hatfield House is the churchyard of St Ethelreda. I'm unclear how Etheldreda, a Saxon princess became a saint but a church named for her has stood on the site since the eighth or nineth century and the present builing, or at least parts of it, date from the thirteenth century.
