Nave of St Mary Magdalene church, Bolney
England

St Mary Magdalene's Church is in the village of Bolney in Mid Sussex. It is close to the ancient London–Brighton road and apparently dates from about 1100, though an older, Saxon origin has been suggested.

Many structural additions have been made over the centuries—including a tower built solely using the labour of villagers in the 16th century.

For more information see the Church's website here - http://www.stmarymagdalenebolney.org.uk/ and Wikipedia here - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/St_Mary_Magdalene%27s_Church,_Bolney
