Staza Malog princa - (The Little Prince's Path - named after literary character) is a name of a hiking trail located at the southern part of Velebit mountain in Croatia, near the mountain shelter Crnopac. The trail is circular in shape, and it is considered to be a bit challenging hiking route. Although the diameter of the circle that it shapes is only around 600 m it takes approximately 3-4 hours to tour it. The trail abounds in astonishing rock formations worth of visiting.
The trail was traced and equipped in 2003. by a few enthusiastic mountaineers and with the help of the Croatian Mountaineering Association. The embedded ladders, wedges and dozens of meters of steel ropes were built in at the demanding sections of the route .
