It rarely snows in Kaiserstuhl, one of the warmest regions of germany. But it did snow for the spring equinox causing a very special mood together with this misty sunset taken from Eichelspitze tower - without the tower.
Kaiserstuhl is an ancient volcano in the upper rhine valley close to the border to france. Eichelspitze is it's second highest summit, occupied by a steel tower partly financed by a telephone company.
