After attending a crowded worship service in the Recitation Hall auditorium, Mr. and Mrs. Howard Frost of Los Angeles, Calif., were moved to give money for a chapel in memory of their son, John Lawrence Frost, who died in his youth. Frost Chapel was built by students in 1937 and features a heavy wood-beamed ceiling, a flagstone floor, leaded-glass windows, a slate roof and three beautiful stained-glass windows depicting the life of Christ. Today, the chapel is used for special programs and weddings.
