Cota is a town located more or less 65 kilometers away from Bogotá, Colombia. Its Town Hall team is very aware of the importance of the culture in general, and the art as an expression tool to develop the growth of the town. This panorama was taken in the yard of the Culture and Youth Office of the Town Hall. No doubt, this activity allows to channel young people to look forward the future with hope and confidence.
