Trevanion Culverhouse
England

This 13/14th century dovecote is one of only four surviving examples of its kind in Cornwall. Doves and pigeons were a valuable source of meat, eggs and manure as well as feathers for mattresses. The Trevanion Culverhouse is in the care of the Cornwall Heritage Trust.
