Turzansk, Orthodox Church. St. Michael the Archangel
Bieszczady

Orthodox Church. St. Michael the Archangel Orthodox initially, then Uniate, was mentioned as early as the first half. The sixteenth century building was built in the early years of the nineteenth century and was expanded to a vestibule and vestry in 1836. Between 1896 and 1913 made ​​further renovations church, reinforcing the roof sheet metal. After the deportation of Ukrainian population in the Vistula Action in the years 1947-1961 Utilities Catholic Church of the Latin rite. Then the order of the Regional Office building was sealed. In 1963, the temple was put in use Orthodox, who are the hosts for the day. In the church are preserved elements of the original equipment: iconostasis and wall paintings from 1895 to the late nineteenth and early twentieth century.
