The serene Yongling Shanlin Organic Farm is a joint venture of Hon Hai Precision Industry and the Kaohsiung City Government. It was set up to help the victims of Typhoon Morakot learn about organic farming and later on, to start and manage their own businesses. After some time of operation, the organic farm received a certificate in recognition of its organic farm management. The farm has healthy soil and a great environment for growing fruits and vegetables. It proves that organic farming can be sustainable.
