This image is part of a series called 'Writers at Work' from the Dutch newspaper NRC Handelsblad. The goal of this series was to portrait the great Dutch writers in their offices to show how they work and where they work.
Every two weeks a new panorama was published on the NRC Book website, along with an interview about the office and the roll of the office in the work of the writer.
